An open heart drawn in diamonds rather than filled in — marquise stones alternating with smaller rounds around the outline, so the shape is read through the gaps as much as the stones. The outline joins the chain at its two upper sides, which keeps the heart sitting upright against the neck. Made in 14K solid gold with 1 carat of lab-grown diamonds in total across the necklace.
