We ship free. Always.
Every Trichel & Co. order ships free, anywhere in the United States. No minimum. No exceptions.
Processing time: 1-2 business days for in-stock pieces
Custom and ring builder orders: up to 2 weeks for manufacturing
Delivery: Standard 3-5 business days after processing
All orders are fully insured in transit
Signature required on orders over $500
Tracking number sent within 24 hours of shipment
International shipping
Available to Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe. Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
30 days. No questions.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn pieces in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right. To start a return, email us at support@trichelco.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds process in 5-7 business days once we receive the item.
