ORDERS AND PAYMENT

• Payment is charged at time of order
• We accept all major credit cards via Stripe
• Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted
• All transactions are encrypted and secure
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS Ring and custom orders are made to order and ship within 2 weeks. These items follow our standard return policy unless they have been custom-sized or engraved.

IGI CERTIFICATION All diamonds sold by Trichel & Co. are accompanied by an IGI certificate. If your diamond certificate is not returned with a return, a $150 replacement fee will apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website including images, text, logos, and design is owned by Trichel & Co. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
